Momenta worked with the technology platform to scale its homebuilder marketplace, leading business development, builder onboarding, and go-to-market strategy. The work included identifying and engaging builder partners, shaping marketplace pricing and product positioning, and providing white-glove onboarding to ensure successful adoption. Drawing on Momenta’s deep experience with homebuilders and institutional investors, the team helped streamline the real estate transaction between buyers and sellers. To date, Momenta has successfully onboarded and closed three homebuilders onto the platform and continues to support expansion through strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
