Momenta served as an investment and strategy advisor, helping build and scale the firm’s BTR investment platform. The work included developing a proprietary location analysis and screening process, building and refining underwriting models, and sourcing both deals and capital partnerships. To date, Momenta has sourced five Sunbelt transactions, approximately $300 million of total cost basis across 1,000 units. In parallel, Momenta supports capital partner engagement and investor materials, translating the pipeline into clear, executable investment opportunities.
