Momenta Real Estate worked with a Top 100 builder to build and institutionalize its Build-to-Rent platform, spanning strategic growth, capital engagement, and deal execution. The work included developing a repeatable BTR playbook for the homebuilder, leading investor outreach to 60+ institutional groups, and advising Investment Committee on whether deals are viable for BTR. Momenta advanced a $30 million transaction from LOI through contract review, and supported partnership structuring across JVs, fee-build opportunities, and land banking.
